Flat fees

Every fee, in writing, before we begin

Each fee covers our work on the plan described, including the calls and emails along the way. What we pay to courts and others is passed on at cost.

Questions about fees

Do you ever bill by the hour?

Only for disputes, such as a contested will, and then only after we've told you in writing and you've agreed.

Can we pay in two parts?

Yes. Half when you sign the engagement letter and half at the signing.

Is there a fee for the first call?

No. It's thirty minutes, by video or phone, and you leave with a written quote.

What if our situation turns out to be complicated?

If something comes up that the quote didn't cover, we tell you the added fee before doing the work, and you can say no.

Get a written quote for your family

Tell us what you have and who you want to look after. The quote comes by email after the call.

The first call is free and doesn't make us your lawyers; a signed engagement letter does.
