Nora Halloran
Founding attorney, wills and trusts
Nora writes estate plans for parents, homeowners and blended families, and she started the firm so they could do it from home.
Nora practiced at a downtown firm for nine years before opening Halloran & Bains in 2017. She saw too many families put off a will because it meant a weekday downtown and an hourly bill, so she built a practice around video calls and flat fees.
She drafts most of the firm's will and trust plans and reads every plan's plain-English summary before it goes out.

Working with Nora
Nora asks a lot of questions about the people in your life before she asks about what you own. In her experience, a plan goes wrong over relationships, not accounts.
She lives in Clintonville with her wife and two sons, and spends Saturday mornings at the farmers' market on North High Street.
Book a video call with Nora
Thirty minutes, free, and a written flat fee at the end of it.
The first call is free and doesn't make us your lawyers; a signed engagement letter does.
